Phase 1 is a Partnering Strategy Review, reviewing the client’s company and product gaining a clear understanding of their target customer profiles, customer value proposition, business objectives and objectives through partners.
The Partnering Strategy Review program is used to help determine the ideal partner types to help sell our client’s solutions.

Whilst optimising client’s time, delivered over 4 to 5 weeks through two key workshops and a robust practical process:
⦁ to Capture the capabilities that are required the client’s direct sales and delivery processes.
⦁ to Build the client’s Market Ecosystem of all the company types that operate in the target market
⦁ to Assess the company types from the Ecosystem with partner fit for the client and strong opportunity for the partner
⦁ delivering prioritised Partner Company Types, Partner Profiles, Partner Fit Evaluation Template, the Partnering Execution Plan and a list of prospective partner companies with decision maker contact details.

Partner Recruitment

To proactively recruit and on-board partners by prioritised target region and target partner types, as defined outputs of the Partnering Strategy program, with a Partnering Execution Plan.

With a Tenego Partner Recruitment project, Tenego’s team act as part of our clients’ partnering team to research, select, approach, evaluate and recruit partners across selected sectors and regions
⦁ To generate lists of prospective partners, according to the requirements of the project, reviewing each company to according to ‘Partner Fit’
⦁ To review/develop the partner pitch and messaging for each target partner type
⦁ To make contact with decision makers within each of the target partner companies, as an executive of our client company, secure interest and evaluate with the pre-defined Partner Fit Evaluation Template.
⦁ As part of on the commercial assessment, and for later onboarding, to complete market engagement planning creating the joint market engagement plan.
⦁ To progress and support the partner, with agreement discussions, negotiations and agreement between the client and partners.
⦁ and to kick-off Partner On-boarding to start joint engagement of the market.
